Part One Part Two

Part 3Collapse )

Here's the third chapter. I hadn't planned on there being a lot of drama in this, I was more going for humor, but this just kinda snuck up on me. Claire, I hope this answers your question. I am planning two more chapters with a small epilogue. That could change but I really dont' think it will. Let me know what you think please. (And for the record I like Mikey but I do think he's a social climber that would go just a little too far to lose his loser status).

And THANK YOU SO MUCH to everyone who reviewed . It's so nice to wake up on Monday morning with nothing but good reviews.

Personal Space
Okay, so here's the 2nd chapter already. And yeah, it seems as if there is going to be more than just 3 chapters. This think just kinda took on a life of its own. Anyway, I hope you enjoy this installment.

Part 2Collapse )

This is hot off the printer (so to speak) and hasn't been beta-ed and all mistakes are mine. Thanks to everyone who's reviewed so far. I really appreciate it. Please let me know what you think about this next chapter.
So I haven't updated in over a year (55 weeks to be exact) and instead of a real update I decided fanfic would be better. It's from the TV version of 10 Things I Hate About You which I like a lot more than I thought I would. This has not been beta-ed and is completely and totally an exercise of fun.

10 TIHABYCollapse )

There's going to be at least one more chapter after this. Possibly two. Hope you enjoy it!
13th-Jul-2008 03:38 pm - Twenty Weeks
Okay, so according to LiveJournal it has been twenty weeks since I’ve updated. TWENTY! That’s a long freaking time. And as you can imagine a lot has happened in that twenty weeks. Lots and lots. I’m just going to cover the basics real quick.

1) I am alive.
2 )I have a job.
3) I am going to school.
4) I’ve missed being on here.

That’s all the main points. The rest are behind the cut.

That doens't get you completely caught up on the last twenty weeks but seeing as that's all I can think to write about then I'm just going to say that the other stuff isn't super important. So, I'm back and I'm going to be updating much more frequently. I hope everyone has a great week! Later...
23rd-Feb-2008 08:34 pm - "Fierce!"
Things have been good. Went to my grandparents today. Oh, and I saw my cousin who is in Girl Scouts and I am now the proud owner of 10 boxes of Thin Mints. I love this time of year just for the cookies. I'm going to freeze most of the boxes and much on them periodically. Yeah, that's all I've really done. I'm kind of boring.

I did watch my shows this week though and they rocked!

SupernaturalCollapse )

Monk was great. I never remember how much I love that show until I watch it. It was an awesome season finale. You should go watch it.

Other good news. I have paid LJ again. Woo Hoo! And I spent an hour changing my icons. Yeah, I'm addicted.

And my Psych fic is coming along nicely. I'm done with the prologue and the first chapter. I'm going to type it up, edit it, and post it tonight. After that there's only 5 chapters and an epilogue left. And I'm working on a Twilight fic. It's only 3 chapters but they're kinda long and the second one does not want to be written. Plus I've had to do some major research for the story. I had to crack open some of my history books. I'm going to work on it some more this week and then post it next weekend.*crosses fingers* And I've written out the plot for a couple of Dean/Ruby fics. Those are just going to be one-shots though so they're going to be worked on when I'm stuck on another story. As for There's No Place Like Home, well I've finished it but I don't really like it so I'm going to revise it so I have no idea when it's going to be done.

Um...yeah, that's it for tonight. Hope you all had a fabulous Saturday! Later.

P.S. I bought some of my favorite pens. It's sad but I hate writing with anything else. I'm such a dork.
20th-Feb-2008 06:41 am - Woo Hoo!
Oh, I'm so excited. My mom has been telling me I've been losing weight for a while now but I never really believed her. Well I do now! I just fit into an old pair of jeans that I haven't been able to wear in like eight months. WOO HOO! It's gonna be a good day! I just had to share.
19th-Feb-2008 08:21 am - "You are an instant millionare!"
Well, I wish! I also wish I could go on Deal or No Deal. That is an awesome show as most of you already know. I'm just coming in a little late in the game. I loved the girl from last night. She was awesome! And so was her family. I really wish she would have won. She was one case away too. She had the million in her case. But she did have a good reason to take the Deal, her baby daughter. And she still got $491,000 so that's not too bad.

Oh, and last week's Supernatural was awesome!Collapse )

Work is going okay. It kinda sucks though because I came in last week and learned a phone system and they're changing over to a new one this week. Blurp. I think it's going to be easy to use but the learning process is going to suck. Oh well. I'll get over it. And I'm sure I'll love the new system when I've got it down.

And I'm getting my first real check this Thursday (last week's doesn't count because it was only $11.55 and that was after they took out 95 cents in taxes). It's going to be over $325. I'm excited. Especially since this is the easiest job I've ever had. I take phone calls, get the customers' information and hand it off. Occasionally I get a customer who is angry about something I have no control over but I can handle those fairly well. Though I was asked yesterday to the effect of 'are you people down there mormons?' just because some idiot in the sales department gave her like five different numbers for her to try. Which means he's an idiot...not that people in AR are mormons. Yeah, this woman is from IL I think but she got her states mixed up. AR = Baptists or Methodists. UT = Mormons. I really wonder what stereotypes she associates with Mormons though. I've thought about it and I'm not coming up with anything that makes sense.

Another thing I like about work is that in between calls I can work on my fanfiction. I've almost got the prologue (which is huge by the way) for my Psych fanfic written out. I'm going to try and finish it today and type it up tonight. And when I get stuck I plot out other stories that I want to write. So, yay for that! I hope it doesn't change when we get this new system in. I don't think it will but you never know. Maybe I'll be able to catch up on my stories. I hope so. And I love the fact that I'm writing these stories out instead of just typing them up. It's a habit I need to get back into.

Last note: I will so be watching Dexter on CBS from now on. It looks like an awesome show! Okay, going to get back to work. Later!

P.S. YAY for the Writer's Strike being over! Woo Hoo!
14th-Feb-2008 08:27 am - w0rk
So, I got a new job and I started on Monday. It's going good so far. It's customer service which means I get yelled at by really rude people who I must say 'yes sir' or 'yes mam' or 'I know you paid a lot for the machine and that it must be very frustrating that it's not working'. It's dumb. Well, those people are dumb. My job is nice. I'm helping and I'm getting paid well. The only thing I really hate is the drive. I leave the house about 7:15 every morning and I don't get home until about 5:45 (sometimes 6 depedning on traffic) every night. And the drive is so boring! The good news is that I'm getting to listen to all my music again. Sara Bareilles is my artist of choice at the moment. City, Fairytale, and Bottle it Up are my current favorites.

Um...I like working again. It's good to have interaction with people again. I like talking to people again. People who don't know every little thing about me. It's nice. I don't so much like feeling drained at the end of everyday. I think part of that is because I'm getting sick though. I only hope I can get over it over the weekend. I've also rediscovered my love for Thursdays. As if Supernatural wasn't enough to make me happy. Now when I get up on Thursday I get to think 'just one more day 'til Friday' and when I go to bed I think 'Tomorrow is Friday'. It's a good thought to go to sleep to. And it's supposed to snow this weekend. Exciting.

Speaking of snow. I love winter...until I have to scrap ice from my car every morning. That part sucks. A whole bunch. Or when I have to get gas and I'm standing outside freezing. That's not so much fun either. Or when I slip on the ice. Okay, I like winter when I don't have to leave the house. Or the yard if I do need to be outside.

So, sad day. My paid livejournal expired yesterday. I'm going to get some more but it's not going to be until next friday at the earliest. Blurp. I guess I'm just going to have to suck it up and live with the advertisements for a while.

All the ficathons I signed up for are going to be written on the weekends from now on. Which sucks! I might be able to write a bit a work but I doubt it. All my other stories are going to take even longer to update as well. I suck, I know. They are being worked on though so that something at least.

That's all I've got for today. I hope everyone has a nice day! Later

p.s. It's just wrong that I passed a 2007 Dodge Charger in my grand am this morning. Like end-of-the-world wrong. Such a waste.

Edit: I've decided I'm going to shave my legs tonight. *nods*
